Especially Australia and New Zealand are continuously hit by earthquakes and
tsunamies. Scientists suspect a connection with the continued explotation of the
deep sea by internationally operating companies which refuse to accept
any kind of responsibility referring to their licenses to exploit the deep
sea resources.

SubForce patrol missions in this theater have been frequently harrassed by
private security forces of deep sea companies, leaving the Pacific region
without any effective international monitoring. These actions have been
justified as a "necessary anti-terrorist policy".

Sir, your Task Force has received permission to enforce control if needed and to
nullify corporate deep sea licences in case of illegal activities until further notice.
